SmarTrack^® Next is intelligent, web-based patient tracking for the perioperative environment.

An interactive view, available in SmarTrack^® Next, provides clinicians and OR staff with a comprehensive overview of the current OR status.Clinicians can easily assess the overall status of the OR—quickly determining where there are issues and resolve them.

The Family portal from SmarTrack^® Next provides a view specifically designed to keep patients’ families up to date on the current status of the patient as he or she goes through the perioperative process. Family members are assigned a unique ID and provided with a link they can access to view the portal and follow their family member.

Similarly, this tool helps improve communication between specialists and reduces phone calls.

Notification Capabilities

Notification options allow for the ability to email, text or page:

• The Surgeons assigned to a case
• All staff assigned to a case
• Family members of the patient
• Other hospital staff directly (i.e. Nurse, Housekeeping, Transportation, etc.)
